Oh and blogging via SMS is kinda crappy. Guess i'll have to do it the "old fashioned way." lol
(3 of 3) means no ponytails.
(2 of 3) so I didn't have to wash it everynight was to put it in a ponytail. She then looked me dead in the eye a burst into hysterical laughter. Guess that
(1 of 3) Olivia was less than thrilled about getting washed up tonight (partialy because she was overtired). I explained that an easy way to keep her hair clean

(2 of 2) shaking her head and said, "What a day." When did she learn about exasperation?
(1 of 2) Olivia's musings: After I dropped some cereal on the floor, Liv let out a huge sigh and asked, "What happened now?" When I told her she walked away

Where has the time gone

Well, our little girl is 3! What an amazing 3 years. She's a blessing! So much personality and spunk, curiosity and intelligence, wrapped in a small, adorable package! She's starting preschool in the Fall... I can hardly believe it! Here are a few pictures from her birthday...

Time flies...

Olivia eating Green Eggs and Ham. Yes the eggs really are green.
In just 4 short months our precious little girl will turn 3, although you'd swear it was more like 12 if you saw her on a daily basis. I came home from work and had to pick Olivia up from her Grandma's house and while she was telling me about her day she started counting....in spanish. Thank you Dora and Nickelodeon.
Liv also had a wellness visit with her doctor this week. Per usual the doc went through the typical measurements and questions, height 40% percentile, weight 40% percentile, etc. When the Dr. Oteri got the the questions about her mental development she laughed because one of the things she asks about are the number of words Olivia has. The reason it was funny was because Olivia was telling her a story at the time.
One of my very favorite recent moments happened when Jen brought Olivia to Nini Bambini to visit. Jen used to go there for Yoga. Nina, the young lady who runs the support groups, was singing to a bunch of much younger kids than Liv. Of course, Livi knew all the songs and belted them out like a pro. Eventually Nina asked Olivia if there were any songs that she wanted to hear. She the rephrased that question to "Olivia, what is your favorite song?" Olivia's response..."NO SLEEP TILL BROOKLYN!!!" Yep, my baby girl is a Beastie Boys fan.
Everyday Olivia is a completely different little girl when I come home. I feel like I miss so much. Thankfully Jen takes pictures...lots and lots of pictures. Included are a few recent ones that make me smile.
